Your Beatitude,
In the name of all our jurisdiction, I offer you our condolences for the
terrible act which took place yesterday and which stained with blood, this
country in which you represent our Church.
We assure you of all our prayers as well as all the American people.
We immediately gave instruction to all the priests to celebrate liturgies
during the whole week, in all the parishes of the jurisdiction. In these days of
darkness, receive your Beatitude, our respectful greetings and our
affectionate thoughts.

En 1924 un décret de Sa Sainteté Gregorios IV Patriarche Oecuménique, établit
de nouveau l'ancienne Métropole Ukrainienne comme une Eglise Orthodoxe
autocéphale lui donnant la responsabilité d'établir une nouvelle communauté
sous l'autorité de Sa Béatitude L'Archevêque Métropolitain Dionisij
Valedynskyj.
